The Practical Hub
There is no cure for Lipedema. That is the honest starting point. But there is a great deal that can be done, to reduce pain, improve mobility, slow progression, and live well with the condition. The difference between managing Lipedema poorly and managing it well is significant, and most of it comes down to having the right information. Everything on this page is evidence-based. Where the research is strong, we say so. Where the evidence is limited or emerging, we say that too. We do not oversell treatments that have not earned it.
